Spring Remembrance

We gather together as a community of hope and support to honor and remember those that have died. We invite anyone in our network who has lost a loved one (whether or not from lung cancer) to join us on May 13, 2025, at Transitions LifeCare for the Spring Remembrance. Together we will honor and remember individuals that have died, but who remain in our hearts forever. Whether it’s been recent or many years, they will not be forgotten.

You will be guided through the Transitions LifeCare campus on a path to honor your grief. This outdoor experience will provide opportunities for reflection, creativity, and quiet contemplation. All ages are welcome.

The program kicks off promptly at 5:30 PM, please arrive by 5:15 PM—we can’t wait to see you there!
