The Change Your Mind… Change Your Life interactive workshop taught by Lori Ives-Godwin is an experience like non other.   It uses a dynamic combination of science, research, and in-class practices to teach you how to maximize the most powerful tool available: your brain.
What would your life look life if you knew: ​

  • The relationship between your biology and your behavior

This workshop is led by Lori Ives-Godwin, Certified HeartMath Trainer and 2026 LCI REACH Community Grant Award Winner. As your Heart Guide for the day, Lori brings expertise, warmth, and a passion for helping others experience meaningful personal transformation.
