WNCT Covers Screening Saves Program Launch

The Screening Saves program recently launched with a provider education event at ECU Health in Greenville. WNCT covered our program to help us educate viewers about the importance of lung screenings.

Through Screening Saves, we are working to reach as many providers as possible throughout the region. Early detection saves lives, and providers are on the frontlines of helping patients receive vital lung screenings. We are equipping providers with the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to identify eligible patients and initiate those critical conversations. With the Screening Saves program, Lung Cancer Initiative is addressing one of the most powerful ways to improve screening rates and create lasting change in lung cancer outcomes across North Carolina and beyond.
