Ella Arnold - Undergraduate Marketing & Communications Intern

My name is Ella Arnold and I am a rising senior attending Elon University. I am majoring in public health and have a double minor in communications and biology. The Lung Cancer Initiative sparked my interest because it fulfills my passion for advocacy work by creating a close-knit community while improving the lives of those impacted by lung cancer. I look forward to attending and managing events to support lung cancer survivors and connecting with those impacted by lung cancer.

Eint Myo- Undergraduate Public Health Intern
I am Eint Myo and I am a rising senior at NC State University pursing a bachelor’s in Biology with a cross-dicipline in Public Health. I am currently a Public Health Intern at LCI and I hope to help my community advocate for their health, and do what I can to improve their healthcare accessibility and opportunities. I am passionate about working in Public Health because I understand the struggles of not having your voice heard, especially when considering larger systemic issues at play. I am grateful to be in a position where I am able to help those in need.
Vedika Tiwari- Undergraduate Special Events Intern

My name is Vedika Tiwari and I am a third-year student at UNC-Chapel Hill studying Public Health. I am passionate about community outreach, health education, and cancer advocacy, as my experience volunteering in oncology units has shown me first-hand the effect which cancer has on individuals. I am very excited for the opportunity to intern at Lung Cancer Initiative, and I look forward to meeting and helping members of my community who are impacted by lung cancer!
