November is internationally recognized as LUNG CANCER AWARENESS MONTH.
Throughout the month, Lung Cancer Initiative (LCI) will provide a variety of events and educational opportunities to raise awareness about lung cancer in our community and help combat the stigma of this disease. Stay tuned to learn more about what we are planning for this year!
Advancing Hope
and Inspring Action

There are so many ways to get involved and to support Lung Cancer Awareness Month this November. The 2023 LCAM calendar provides suggestions on how you and your friends, family and colleagues can take action to raise awareness all month long.
Lung cancer is the leading cancer killer in the US and worldwide, but there is hope! RESEARCH is providing patients with more treatment options and longer survival than ever before. EDUCATION is helping people understand that anyone with lungs can get lung cancer and about the importance of screening–lung cancer caught in earlier stages has a much higher survival rate!
No matter who you are or how you have been impacted by lung cancer, we need you and your voice in educating, advocating and providing support.

We can’t think of a better way to commemorate Lung Cancer Awareness Month!
