We’ll gather in beautiful natural settings around the Triangle for a relaxed\, largely unstructured morning\, with optional nature walks\, expressive arts\, and quiet time for reflection. Jodi was an avid runner who loved the community running built around her: the friendships\, the shared miles\, and the sense of belonging that came with every step. \nTo honor her\, Sanjay and Jodi’s friends\, including her running group the Forehead Flyers\, organized a memorial 5K through Forest Hills. More than 220 runners came out that first year and raised $25\,000 for Lung Cancer Initiative. \nThe response inspired the launch of the annual Jodi 5K Run & Walk the following year.
